摘　　要：针对国土资源实时、高效、规范化管理的需求,本文在构建的国土资源一体库基础上,通过自主研发的一系列网络服务,采用面向服务架构(SOA)模式,并结合档案分布式管理、二三维浏览等关键技术的研究构建了国土资源综合业务平台。该平台实现了国土资源全程监管和动态跟踪,对促进国土资源管理创新具有借鉴意义。Demand for real time,high efficiency and standardized management of land and resources,through a series of self-developed network services this paper builds the integrated service platform of land and resources by using he service-oriented architecture(SOA)model based on the integrated database of land and resources.This platform is based on the research of key technologies such as the distributed file management technology,2D and 3D browsing technology,etc.The platform realizes the whole process of land and resources supervision and dynamic tracking which can be used for reference to promote the innovation of land and resources management.
