摘 要:矿山灾害预警应急指挥系统可为矿山安全提供预警、应急和指挥服务,是保障矿山正常运转的非工程措施,关系着井下工作人员的生命安全和矿山持续和高效生产。本文利用当前先进的GIS、物联网、云计算等技术,探讨了矿山灾害预警应急指挥全过程管理流程,构建了矿山灾害预警应急指挥大数据库,搭建了矿山灾害预警应急指挥系统,实现了矿山灾害事件管理、预警管理、应急管理、指挥调度管理等功能,有效地提高了矿山灾害预警应急指挥效率,从而减少了矿山灾害造成的损失。Mine disaster early warning and emergency command system provides early warning,emergency and command services for mine safety.It is a non-engineering measure to guarantee the normal operation of the mine and relates to the life safety of underground workers and the sustainable and efficient production of the mine.By using the current advanced GIS,Internet of Things,cloud computing and other technologies,this paper discusses the whole process management flow of mine disaster early warning and emergency command,builds a large database of mine disaster early warning and emergency command system,and realizes the functions of mine disaster event management,early warning management,emergency management,command and dispatch management,etc.It effectively improves the efficiency of mine disaster early warning and emergency command,so as to reduce the loss caused by mine disaster.
