摘  要:采用一种简单的阳离子交换方法,将Anderson结构Ni-Mo杂多酸分子中的NH4+交换成Ni^(2+)得到Ni_(2)[NiMo_(6)O_(24)H_(6)](Ni_(3)Mo_(6)),以Ni_(3)Mo_(6)为前体构建加氢脱硫催化剂CAT-Ni_(3)Mo_(6),利用XRD,FTIR,XRF,XPS,SEM,HRTEM等方法对Ni_(3)Mo_(6)和CAT-Ni_(3)Mo_(6)进行表征,并以二苯并噻吩为模型化合物考察了催化剂的性能。实验结果表明,采用阳离子交换方法可将Ni_(3)Mo_(6)中Ni/Mo原子比提高至最佳值0.5,且两种原子处于同一分子中,这使得催化剂中MoS_(2)的分散性更好、NiMoS活性相含量更高,加氢脱硫催化性能更好,催化剂的反应速率常数及催化转化频率分别可达到12.1×10^(-7)mol/(g·s),2.5×10^(-3)s^(-1)。NH_(4)^(+)in the Anderson structure Ni-Mo heteropolyacid was replaced with Ni^(2+)by a simple cation exchange method to obtain Ni_(2)[NiMo_(6)O_(24)H_(6)](Ni_(3)Mo_(6)).The Ni_(3)Mo_(6)was used as a precursor to construct the hydrodesulfurization catalyst CAT-Ni_(3)Mo_(6).Ni_(3)Mo_(6)and CAT-Ni_(3)Mo_(6)were characterized by XRD,FTIR,XRF,XPS,SEM,HRTEM and other methods,and the performance of the catalyst was evaluated using dibenzothiophene as the model compound.The experimental results show that the cation exchange can increase the Ni/Mo atomic ratio in Ni_(3)Mo_(6)to the optimal value of 0.5 with the two atoms still in the same molecule.This method results in better dispersion of MoS_(2),higher content of NiMoS active phase in the catalyst,and better catalytic performance for hydrodesulfurization.The reaction rate constant and the conversion frequency of the catalyst can reach 12.1×10^(-7)mol/(g·s),2.5×10^(-3)s^(-1),respectively.
