摘 要:对甲醇制烯烃(MTO)/甲醇制丙烯(MTP)副产C_(5)~C_(9)^(+)馏分进行详细的组分和杂质分析。实验结果表明,MTO馏分主要为C_(5)~C_(7),烃类主要为单烯烃;MTP馏分主要为苯、正己烷和己二烯;MTO/MTP副产C_(5)~C_(9)^(+)馏分中含有较多的含氧化合物与含氯化合物,远超常规加氢催化剂的耐受范围;以Ti改性的复合氧化物载体制备催化剂BY-6M并用于MTO/MTP副产C_(5)~C_(9)^(+)馏分加氢,常规加氢评价条件下均可实现产品中无二烯烃检出、单烯烃含量变化不大,且稳定运行1000 h,达到工业化应用标准。In this paper,the components and impurities of by-product C_(5)-C_(9)^(+)fractions from methanol to olefins/methanol to propylene(MTO/MTP)process were analyzed in detail.The experimental results show that the MTO fraction is mainly C_(5)-C_(7)hydrocarbons,which are mainly mon-olefins,while the MTP fraction is mainly benzene,n-hexane and hexadiene.The by-product C_(5)-C_(9)^(+)fractions of MTO/MTP contain a large amount of oxygen compounds and chlorine compounds,far exceeding the tolerance range of conventional hydrogenation catalysts.BY-6M catalyst was prepared with Ti modified composite oxide support and used for hydrogenation of by-product C_(5)-C_(9)^(+)fractions from MTO/MTP.Under conventional hydrogenation evaluation conditions,it can achieve no detection of dienes in the product,with little change in monoolefin content,and stable operation for 1000 h,meeting industrial application standards.
