摘　　要：研究了α-甲基苯乙烯/马来酸酐自稳定沉淀聚合中溶剂多次循环使用后溶剂组成的变化,以及对聚合及聚合物微球化学结构、形貌、粒径及其分布的影响。实验结果表明,原料中的杂质和溶解于溶剂中的聚合物会随溶剂循环使用次数的增多而累积;溶剂的循环使用不会影响聚合物的化学结构,所得产物仍为球型颗粒;聚合物的收率和粒径会随溶剂的循环使用有所波动,聚合物的粒径分散指数均低于1.02。The changes in solvent composition after multiple cycles of solvent use in self-stable precipitation polymerization ofα-methylstyrene/maleic anhydride were studied.The effects of reused solvent on chemical composition,morphology,particle size and its distribution of polymer microspheres were investigated.The experimental results show that the impurities in raw materials and polymers dissolved in solvent are increased with the increase of solvent used times.The chemical composition of polymers are not affected with the repeated use of solvent,and the product is still spherical particles.The yield and size of polymer change with the reuse of solvent,and the diameter dispersion index remains below 1.02.
