摘  要:根据银催化剂在乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷反应中的作用机理,结合环氧乙烷装置上银催化剂的工业应用情况,分析了YS-1和YS-2型银催化剂的工业应用性能,考察了循环气中总氯化物与烃类体积分数的比值(CCF)、二氧化碳和水含量对银催化剂性能的影响。工业应用结果表明,CCF对YS型银催化剂选择性的影响不是简单的线性关系,合适的CCF对选择性有提升作用,将CCF控制在3.0~4.5时,YS-1型银催化剂的选择性较稳定;将CCF控制在6.5~8.5时,YS-2型银催化剂的选择性较稳定。二氧化碳和水含量增加,YS型银催化剂选择性均下降,反应气中水含量维持在0.5%(φ)左右时,YS-1型银催化剂选择性较稳定;反应气中水含量维持在0.3%(φ)左右时,YS-2型银催化剂选择性较稳定。According to the mechanism of silver catalyst in the reaction of ethylene oxidation to ethylene oxide,and combining with the industrial application of silver catalyst in ethylene oxide unit,the industrial application performance of silver catalyst YS-1 and YS-2 was analyzed.The effects of volume fraction ratio of total chloride to hydrocarbon in circulating gas(CCF),carbon dioxide content and water content on the performance of silver catalyst were investigated.The results show that the effect of CCF on the selectivity of YS silver catalyst does not simply follow a linear relationship,and appropriate CCF can improve the selectivity.When CCF is controlled at 3.0-4.5,the selectivity of YS-1 silver catalyst is more stable.When the CCF is controlled at 6.5-8.5,the selectivity of YS-2 silver catalyst is more stable.With the increase of carbon dioxide content and water content,the selectivity of YS silver catalyst decreases.When the water content in the reaction gas is maintained at about 0.5%(φ),the selectivity of YS-1 silver catalyst is relatively stable.When the water content in the reaction gas is maintained at about 0.3%(φ),the selectivity of YS-2 silver catalyst is relatively stable.
