摘  要:环氧乙烷(EO)和环氧丙烷(PO)均是重要有机化工中间体,以可再生电能为驱动力由烯烃环氧化合成环氧化合物能够实现高纯度、高选择性环氧化合物的生产,同时可以减少CO_(2)排放,节约能源。EO的电合成途径主要有固态电解池直接氧化法和卤素介导的间接氧化法;PO的电合成途径主要有H_(2)O_(2)直接环氧化和H2O电解产生的氧活性中间体的直接环氧化。介绍了电化学合成EO和PO的研究进展,重点阐述了合成环氧化合物的间接氧化法和直接氧化法,并对电化学合成EO和PO的应用前景进行展望。Ethylene oxide(EO)and propylene oxide(PO)are important organic chemical intermediates.Utilizing renewable electrical energy as a driving force to synthesize epoxy compounds through olefin epoxidation can achieve the production of high-purity,highly selective epoxy compounds,while reducing CO_(2)emissions and saving energy.The electrosynthesis pathways of EO mainly include direct oxidation in solid-state electrolytic cell and indirect oxidation with halogen mediation;For PO,the electrosynthesis pathways mainly include direct epoxidation with H_(2)O_(2)and direct epoxidation with oxygen-active intermediates generated by H2O electrolysis.This paper introduces the current research progress on electrochemical synthesis of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide,and the indirect oxidation method and direct oxidation method for synthesizing epoxy compounds are emphasized.The application prospects of electrochemical synthesis of EO and PO are prospected.
