摘 要:溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/白炭黑复合材料是制备高性能绿色轮胎的重要原料,硅氧烷化合物中的烷氧基可以与白炭黑表面的硅羟基发生反应,为构建SSBR与白炭黑之间的化学界面结合提供了有利因素。综述了不同种类的硅氧烷化合物在SSBR/白炭黑复合材料制备与改性中的应用进展,重点介绍了硅氧烷单体用作官能化封端剂和硅烷偶联剂的相关研究,为硅氧烷化合物的设计和研究提供了参考。Solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)/silica composites are important raw materials for high performance green tires.The alkoxy group of siloxane compound can react with the silanol group on the surface of silica,which provides a favorable factor for constructing the chemical interface binding between SSBR and silica.In this paper,the application progress of different kinds of siloxane compounds in the preparation and modification of SSBR/silica composites is reviewed,and the study on the use of siloxane monomer as functional terminator and silane coupling agent is mainly introduced.These provide reference for the design and research of siloxane compounds.
