摘  要:暗挖地铁车站隧道风道与主隧道交叉口多,施工期间群洞空间效应复杂,识别关键工序对保障施工安全尤为重要。依托重庆地铁4号线玉带山车站隧道工程,采用三维数值模拟方法研究与主洞相交的风道上导洞两台阶先后开挖顺序、中岩柱开挖扩及临时支护拆除等对隧道结构稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,先施工3号风道远离车站端头的左侧上导洞更有利于控制隧道结构变形;车站隧道下部两层台阶的开挖以及临时支护的拆除2个阶段车站隧道结构的变形和内力增量较大,这两个工序是施工中的关键工序;开挖预留中岩柱对车站隧道的有效影响范围在20 m以内,车站隧道结构各个位置受影响程度排序依次为:拱顶>左拱腰>右拱腰>边墙;车站隧道临时支护拆除对既有结构影响范围在30 m以内,拆撑关键部位为:车站隧道端头处临时支护、3号风道第一层竖向临时支护、3号风道第二层靠近车站端头的横向临时支护。There are many intersections between the air duct and the main tunnel of the concealed station tunnel,and the spatial effect of the group of holes during the construction period is complex,so it is particularly important to identify the key procedures to ensure the construction safety.Relying on the tunnel project of Yudaishan Station of Chongqing Metro Line 4,the excavation sequence of the two steps of the main tunnel and the upper guide tunnel of the intersecting wind pavilion and the influence of each main construction stage on the structural stability of the group tunnel were studied by using the method of three-dimensional numerical simulation.The research results show that the first construction of the upper guide tunnel on the left side of the No.3 air pavilion far from the end of the station is more beneficial to control the deformation of the supporting structure;the deformation and internal force increment of the main structure are larger in the two stages of excavation of the lower two steps of the station tunnel and the removal of temporary support,which are the key procedures in the construction.The effective influence range of the excavation and reservation of the middle rock pillar on the main tunnel of the station is less than 20 m,and the influence degree of each position of the main structure of the tunnel is as follows:vault top>left arch waist>right arch waist>side wall.The impact of temporary support removal of the main tunnel of the station on the existing structure is mainly within 30 m.The key parts with greater influence are the temporary support at the end of the main tunnel,the vertical temporary support of the first floor of the No.3 wind pavilion,and the lateral temporary support of the second floor of the No.3 wind pavilion near the end of the station.
