摘 要:为了解浮游生物在中华绒螯蟹成蟹养殖过程,尤其是前期蜕壳阶段的群落结构特征和池塘水质状况,于2021年3、5、6月,在成蟹2~4蜕壳期,对养殖池塘浮游生物群落及其水质状况进行了调查。结果表明,共发现浮游植物5门36属57种,浮游动物4类17属32种。浮游植物密度为2.57×10^(3)~1.15×10^(5)cells/L,平均生物量为(14.99~1 837.30)10^(-4)mg/L;浮游动物密度为1.21×10^(2)~3.79×10^(4)ind./L,平均生物量为2.67~49.81 mg/L。指出,成蟹2~4蜕壳期,池塘水质为中污型水质;溶解氧和温度影响浮游生物结构变化的主要理化因子。The community structure and dynamics of plankton and the water quality in farming pond of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis)were studied during the adult stages from March to June 2021.A total of 57 species,36 genera and 5 phyla of phytoplankton and 32 species,17 genera and 4 classes of zooplankton were distinguished.The density of phytoplankton varied from 2.57×10^(3) to 1.15×10^(5) cells/L,and the average biomass ranged from 14.99×10^(-4) to 1837.30×10^(-4) mg/L.The density of zooplankton was 1.21×10^(2)-3.79×10^(4) ind./L,and the average biomass was 2.67-49.81 mg/L.The plankton diversity index showed that the water environment in the pond cultured the adult crab of 2-4 molting stages was medium pollution water quality.The results of Redundancy analysis and Pearson correlation analysis indicated that DO and WT were the main physicochemical factors affecting the structural changes of plankton from the second to the fourth molting stages of adult crab.
