摘  要:从条斑紫菜育苗方式、育苗用基质材料及育苗调控技术3个方面,简述了条斑紫菜人工育苗技术的研究进展。指出:贝壳丝状体育苗因其劳动力成本过高、效率偏低、劳动密集型产业模式等问题,已成为制约紫菜行业可持续发展的因素之一;在孢子的形成、放散及其同步化精准调控技术成熟前,自由丝状体育苗及体细胞育苗技术很难进行大面积推广。提出:可以尝试通过研制替代贝壳的块状新型仿生材料,提高育苗的管理效率,降低人工成本。In this paper,the research progress of artificial breeding technologies of Porphyra yezoensis are reviewed from three aspects:artificial breeding methods,substrate materials and breeding regulatory technologies.It is pointed out that shell filaments breeding has become one of the factors restricting the sustainable development of P.yezoensis industry,because of its high labor cost,low efficiency and labor-intensive industrial mode;It is difficult to popularize the free-living filaments direct breeding and somatic cells breeding technology before the spore formation,release and synchronous precision control technology is mature.It is suggested that we can try to improve the management efficiency and reduce the labor cost by developing a new bionic material instead of shell.
