摘  要:为解决可再生能源高不确定性与平稳氢气需求间的冲突,提出一种耦合光伏电解水、生物质气化、天然气重整技术的综合制氢系统鲁棒优化配置方法。该方法同时考虑了光伏出力和生物质含水量不确定性,并利用不同制氢技术间物质和能量双重耦合提高系统运行能效。所提两阶段鲁棒优化模型在第一阶段确定各种制氢装置和储电、储氧、储气装置投资决策,第二阶段确定满足运行约束的综合制氢系统优化调度方案,并得到最差场景。针对鲁棒优化模型特点,采用适用于内层含整数变量的嵌套列和约束生成算法求解所提模型。通过算例验证了所提配置方法可以在保证平稳、绿色氢气的同时显著提升经济效益,具有较好鲁棒性,为综合制氢系统的元件选择和规划提供理论参考。To address the conflict between the high uncertainty of renewable energy and the stable hydro⁃gen demand,a robust optimization method of integrated hydrogen production system coupled with water elec⁃trolysis,biomass gasification,and natural gas reforming technologies is proposed.This method considers both the uncertainty of photovoltaic generation and biomass moisture content,and utilizes the dual coupling of material and energy between different hydrogen production technologies to improve system energy efficiency.With the proposed two-stage robust optimization model,the first stage determines the investment decisions of various hydrogen production devices and energy,oxygen,gas storage devices,the second stage determines the optimal dispatching plan of the integrated hydrogen production system satisfying operational constraints and obtains the worst-case scenario.To solve the proposed model,a nested column-and-constraint generation algorithm applicable to inner-integer variables is employed according to the characteristics of the robust opti⁃mal model.Case studies verify that the proposed configuration method can significantly improve economic benefits with good robustness while ensuring stable and green hydrogen,which provides theoretical references for component selection and planning of the integrated hydrogen production system.
