摘  要:可再生能源制氢合成氨(ReP2A)系统各组成部分或隶属于不同工程投资主体,不同主体结构下系统运行特性差异显著。为明晰上述差异及影响因素,提出模拟可再生能源发电、制氢、合成氨多主体生产运营的均衡分析模型。建立各主体参与电、氢、氨市场生产交易决策的数学规划模型。基于非合作博弈建立不同主体结构下的均衡模型,并通过驻点优化法转化为混合整数线性规划问题进行求解。基于蒙西地区某在建工程构造算例,分析主体结构、市场类型以及储氢、氨罐配置对均衡及系统整体收益的影响。结果表明:化工企业投资氢-氨一体化工程有助于提升其竞争力;建设ReP2A系统内部电力交易平台可促进风、光发电与氢氨侧共同提升收益;若条件允许,则应鼓励风光氢氨一体化建设运行。同时发现,简单地增大储氢、氨罐容量并不一定会提升相应主体的均衡收益,应采取政策措施以保证储氢容量配置,满足运行安全。The components of the renewable power to ammonia(ReP2A)system may belong to different in⁃vestment agents.The operation characteristics of system vary significantly under different agent structures.To clarify the above differences and influence factors,the equilibrium analysis models for simulating the multi-agent production and operation of renewable power,hydrogen production,and ammonia synthetic are proposed.The mathematical programming model of each agent participating in production and trading in the electricity,hydrogen,and ammonia markets is established.The equilibrium models considering different agent structures are established based on the non-cooperative game.These models are then transformed into mixed integer linear programming problems and solved by the stagnation point optimization method.Based on the example of a project under construction located in West Inner Mongolia,the influences of the agent structures,market types,and the capacity of hydrogen and ammonia buffer tanks on the equilibrium state and the total profit of the system are analyzed.The results indicate that investments in hydrogen-am⁃monia integration projects can enhance competitiveness.Additionally,the establishment of ReP2A internal power trading platform can promote the wind and solar power generations and the hydrogen-ammonia side to jointly improve the profit.The integrated construction and operation of wind-solar-hydrogen-ammonia should be encouraged if conditions permit.At the same time,it is found that simply increasing the capacity of hy⁃drogen and ammonia buffer tanks does not necessarily increase the equilibrium profits of the corresponding agent.In this context,the policy measures should be taken to ensure the installed capacity of the hydrogen buffer tank to ensure the operation safety.
