摘 要:本文旨在探究离子交换技术在含铜电镀废水处理中的应用效果。文章分别选择了001×7、D402、M64和R32四种离子交换树脂材料,分别进行静态吸附与解吸、动态吸附与解吸实验。实验结果表明,废水pH、解吸剂类型、废水流速、解吸液体积等都会对树脂的吸附能力产生影响。综合对比来看,R32树脂具有吸附效果好、再生能力强等优势,是一种理想的含铜电镀废水处理材料。The objective of this study aims to examine the efficacy of ion exchange technology in the remediation of copper-containing electroplating effluent.Four types of ion exchange resins,specifically 001×7,D402,M64,and R32,were chosen to conduct experiments on static adsorption and desorption,as well as dynamic adsorption and desorption.The experimental findings demonstrate that various factors,including the pH of the wastewater,the type of desorption agent,the flow rate of the wastewater,and the volume of the desorption solution,can have an impact on the adsorption capacity of the resin.Overall,the R32 resin demonstrates exceptional adsorption capabilities and robust regeneration potential,rendering it an optimal material for the remediation of electroplating wastewater containing copper.
