摘 要:胍胶是水力压裂液最常用的稠化剂,但其流变性缺乏深入研究。论文系统研究了胍胶体系的增粘性及温度、无机盐对其流变性的影响。结果表明:水溶液中胍胶在2624.27mg·L^(-1)浓度时分子可形成聚集结构,并且具有显著的触变性。胍胶水溶液随浓度增加表现出良好的增粘性,但耐温性较差。胍胶分子聚集结构耐一价阳离子(Na^(+))性较好,耐多价阳离子(Ca^(2+)、Al^(3+))性较差。在研究的浓度、温度及无机盐条件下,胍胶溶液均表现出以粘性为主的性质。Guar gum is the most commonly used thickening agent for hydraulic fracturing fluids,but there is a lack of in-depth research on its rheological properties.This article systematically studied the viscosity enhancement of guar gum system and the effects of temperature and inorganic salts on its rheological properties.Research has shown that guar gum molecules in aqueous solutions can form aggregation structures at a concentration of 2624.27 mg·L^(-1)and exhibit significant thixotropy.Guar gum aqueous solution exhibits good viscosity increase with increasing concentration,but its temperature resistance is poor.The aggregation structure of guanidine gum molecules has good resistance to monovalent cations(Na^(+)),but poor resistance to multivalent cations(Ca^(2+),Al^(3+)).Under the studied concentration,temperature,and inorganic salt conditions,guar gum exhibits predominantly viscous properties.
