摘  要:为探究医药行业危险废物热解过程重金属稳定性和废气污染物排放情况,本文探究了不同种类危险废物热解前后重金属含量、浸出毒性和废气污染物浓度。研究表明,热解过程中除汞外大部分重金属易于固化在热解渣中,且热解对锌、总铬、镍、砷的稳定效果较好,达到48.02%~99.68%。废气中污染物排放浓度低于GB 18484—2020限值要求。证明热解工艺具有较好的环境效益,能实现危险废物减量化、降低废气污染物的二次污染风险。In order to explore the stability of heavy metals and the emission of waste gas pollutants during pyrolysis of hazardous wastes in the pharmaceutical industry,this paper investigated the content of heavy metals,leaching toxicity and the concentration of pollutants in the waste gas before and after pyrolysis of different types of hazardous wastes.The results show that most of heavy metals tend to be solidified in the pyrolysis residue except mercury.And the stabilization effect of pyrolysis on zinc,total chromium,nickel and arsenic is remarkable,reaching 48.02%~99.68%.In addition,the concentrations of pollutants in the exhaust gas are lower than the limit value of GB 18484—2020.It is proved that the pyrolysis process has excellent environmental benefits,and it can realize the reduction of hazardous waste and reduce the risk of secondary pollution from exhaust emissions.
