摘  要:M油田开发时间较长,受众多因素影响,套管损坏变形井数日益增多,严重地影响了油田的开采和开发。针对M油田套管损坏变形问题,开展损坏变形机理研究,提出了套管检测技术和套管修复防护技术。根据M油田实际情况,针对不同井况,设计提出合理的套损井治理修复方案,并进行修复效果评价,结果表明:当稳定施压30分钟,若压降不超过0.5MPa,说明修复效果较好。本文研究对提高油气整体开发效益具有一定的指导意义。M oilfield has been developed for a long time.Affected by many factors,the number of casing damage and deformation wells is increasing,which seriously affects the exploitation and development of the oilfield.Aiming at the problem of casing damage and deformation in M oilfield,the mechanism of casing damage and deformation is studied,and casing detection technology and casing repair and protection technology are put forward.According to the actual situation of M oilfield and different well conditions,a reasonable treatment and repair scheme for casing damage wells is designed and proposed,and the repair effect is evaluated.The results show that:when the steady pressure is 30 minutes,if the pressure drop is not more than 0.5 MPa,the repair effect is good.The research in this paper has certain guiding significance for improving the overall development efficiency of oil and gas.
