摘 要:对三种不同的黏结剂-丁苯橡胶乳液(SBR)的力学性能、微观结构、热性能以及结晶性能进行了研究,并以LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.04)Mn_(0.06)O_(2)软包锂离子电池为平台,研究不同SBR及含量对负极剥离强度、满电膨胀率和循环性能的影响。实验结果证明,SBR链段中苯乙烯占比对SBR的力学性能、负极满电膨胀率以及循环保持率有重要影响。当苯乙烯含量为20%时,负极满电膨胀率为35.7%,常温循环110圈循环容量保持率为96.3%;SBR中苯乙烯含量的降低,提升了SBR链段运动能力,从而提高了传输Li^(+)的能力。In this study,the mechanical properties,microstructure,thermal properties and crystallization properties of three different bindersstyrene butadiene rubber(SBR)were researched.Using LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.04)Mn_(0.06)O_(2)soft package Li-ion battery,the influence of different binders styrene butadiene rubber on anode peel strength,swelling and cycle life was investigated.The experimental results demonstrate that the proportion of styrene in the SBR segment has a significant impact on the mechanical properties,anode swelling,and cycle retention rate of cell.When the styrene content is 20%,the anode swelling rate is 35.7%,and the capacity retention rate of 110 cycles at room temperature is 96.3%;The decrease in styrene content in SBR enhance the mobility of SBR segments,thereby improving the ability to transport Li^(+).
