摘 要:基于柿单宁是一种含有大量酚羟基的天然高分子材料,能与金属离子发生螯合反应生成稳定的重金属化合物,而膨润土拥有比表面积大、表面能高、吸附能力强等特性,为研制能有效去除废水中重金属离子的吸附材料,以膨润土为基础材料,以柿单宁为改性剂,制备出一种高效的柿单宁-膨润土改性吸附材料,对比了改性膨润土和天然膨润土对Pb^(2+)的去除能力,并通过单因素试验,研究了溶液初始pH、改性材料投加量、吸附反应时间等对Pb^(2+)的吸附影响。结果表明:柿单宁-膨润土改性材料对Pb^(2+)的吸附能力显著优于天然膨润土,去除率提高了18.39个百分点;对于Pb^(2+)初始浓度为100mg/L的水溶液,在pH值为5、柿单宁-膨润土改性材料投加量为1.5g/L、吸附反应时间50min的最佳条件下,柿单宁-膨润土改性材料对水溶液中Pb^(2+)的去除率达到99.04%,平衡吸附量为66.03mg/g。Persimmon tannin is a kind of natural polymer material containing a large number of phenolic hydroxyl groups,which can chelate with metal ions to form stable heavy metal compounds.Bentonite has the characteristics of large specific surface area,high surface energy and strong adsorption capacity.In order to develop an effective adsorption material for the removal of heavy metal ions from wastewater,persimmon tannin-bentonite modified adsorption material was prepared with bentonite as basic material and persimmon tannin as modifier.The removal ability of modified bentonite and natural bentonite to Pb^(2+)was compared.The effects of initial pH,adsorbent dosage and reaction time on the adsorption of Pb^(2+)were studied by single factor experiment.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the modified persimmon tannin-bentonite on Pb^(2+)was significantly better than that of the natural bentonite,and the removal rate increased by 18.39 percentage points.For aqueous solution with initial concentration of Pb^(2+)100 mg/L,the removal rate of Pb^(2+)and equilibrium adsorption capacity of persimmon tannin-bentonite modified material were 99.04%and 66.03 mg/g respectively under the optimum conditions of pH 5,1.5 g/L and adsorption reaction time 50 min.
