摘 要:为了提高阜康西部四工河区块煤层气储层的压裂效果,以阜康西部四工河区块A2、A5煤储层为研究对象,通过实验室模拟,对不同支撑剂的类型、粒径、铺砂浓度与铺砂方式对导流能力的影响进行了研究。结果表明:当闭合压力在50MPa以内,陶粒支撑剂导流效果最好,树脂砂相对较弱,石英砂最差;在闭合压力为5~25MPa范围内,支撑剂导流能力与粒径、铺砂浓度分别成正相关的关系;当闭合压力低于60MPa,采用沉降方式铺砂时,导流能力最大,分段和混合方式对应的导流能力居中,分层方式对应的导流能力最小;当闭合压力达到60MPa以后,沉降方式铺砂对应的导流能力最小,分层和混合方式对应的导流能力最大,分段方式对应的导流能力居中。In order to improve the fracturing effect of coalbed methane reservoirs in Sigonghe block in western Fukang,the A2 and A5 coal reservoirs in Sigonghe Block,west Fukang were taken as the research object,and the effects of different proppant types,particle sizes,sand concentration and sanding methods on the conductivity were studied through laboratory simulation.The results show that when the closure pressure is within 50 MPa,the ceramic proppant has the best fracturing effect,the resin sand is relatively weak,and the quartz sand is the worst;Within the closure pressure range of 5~25 MPa,the conductivity of proppant is positively correlated with particle size and sand concentration,respectively.When the closure pressure is less than 60 MPa and sand is laid in the settling method,the conductivity is the largest,the conductivity corresponding to the segmental and mixing methods is in the middle,and the conductivity corresponding to the layering method is the smallest;After the closure pressure reaches 60 MPa,the conductivity corresponding to sand laid in the settling method is the smallest,the conductivity corresponding to the layering and mixing methods is the largest,and the conductivity corresponding to the segmental method is in the middle.
