摘　　要：煤化工是我国实现能源多元化、优化能源结构、提高能源利用效率、降低碳排放的重要途径,也是我国煤炭产业转型升级的战略方向。近年来,国内煤化工产业随着淘汰落后的深入推进,产业政策的不断调整,产业已实现了长足进步,同时也暴露出产业层次偏低、布局集中度不高、创新动力不足等问题,制约着整个行业的高质量发展。“十四五”“十五五”是煤化工产业实现变革重塑、动力转换的关键时期,煤化工产业作为国民经济的基础性产业将更为重要,面对“双碳”背景下的新形势要求将更加严格,实现高质量发展将更为紧迫。Coal chemical industry is an important way for China to achieve energy diversification,optimize energy structure,improve energy utilization efficiency,and reduce carbon emissions.It is also a strategic direction for the transformation and upgrading of China’s coal industry.In recent years,with the deepening of the elimination of outdated industries and the continuous adjustment of industrial policies,the domestic coal chemical industry has made significant progress.At the same time,it has also exposed problems such as low industrial level,low concentration of layout,and insufficient innovation motivation,which restrict the high-quality development of the entire industry.The“14th Five Year Plan”and“15th Five Year Plan”are key periods for the transformation,reshaping,and power transformation of the coal chemical industry.As a fundamental industry of the national economy,the coal chemical industry will become more important.Faced with the new situation of“dual carbon”,the requirements will be stricter,and achieving high-quality development will be more urgent.
