摘　　要：针对近年来煤矿自动化,智能化的发展,矿用防爆电气设备不断增多而矿井工作环境恶劣,现存的防爆电气设备安全隐患不断增大的现状,基于防爆电气设备安全运行隐患现状及防爆电气设备的主要特点,重点针对当前矿用防爆电气设备存在不能明确指示带电量易出现电击伤人的不足,设计出一种可直观显示防爆电气设备腔体内实际带电量的母线电源指示装置,且该装置可联系门盖进行自动闭锁,更好的保障了防爆电气设备的安全,防止了电击伤人事故的出现,有效提升了防爆电气设备的安全运行水平,促进了防爆电气设备的安全运行。In view of the development of automation and intelligence in coal mines in recent years,the number of explosion-proof electrical equipment for mining continues to increase while the mine working environment is harsh,and the existing safety risks of explosion-proof electrical equipment continue to increase.Based on the status quo of safety operation risks of explosion-proof electrical equipment and the main characteristics of explosion-proof electrical equipment,in view of the shortcomings of the current explosion-proof electrical equipment used in mining,which cannot clearly indicate the electric quantity and is prone to electric shock injury,a busbar power supply indicator device is designed which can visually display the actual electric quantity in the chamber of explosion-proof electrical equipment,and the device can automatically lock with the door cover to better ensure the safety of explosion-proof electrical equipment and prevent the occurrence of electric shock injury accidents.It effectively improves the safe operation level of explosion-proof electrical equipment and promotes the safe operation of explosion-proof electrical equipment.
