摘　　要：在互联网平台经济发达的当下,以大数据为支撑,以算法为工具,以平台运营为基石的全媒体产业,加速了数字经济的发展,孕育出众多新兴业态。在以平台和算法为技术依托的新空间里,零工劳动作为典型案例,其中的劳动工具被重新定义,劳动步骤和流程被重新优化和组合,甚至劳动者也被重新规训。这宛如是朝着百年以前的古典管理回归,给社会带来许多影响。促进零工劳动实现良性发展,需要劳动者、企业以及政府管理者等多元主体的共同努力。At present,with the development of Internet platform economy,the omnimedia industry supported by big data,based on algorithms and based on platform operation has accelerated the development of digital economy and given birth to numerous emerging business forms.In the new space based on platforms and algorithms,gig labor is a typical case in which labor tools are redefined,labor steps and processes are reoptimized and combined,and even workers are redisciplined.This is like a return to the classical management of a hundred years ago,which has a lot of influence on society.To promote the healthy development of gig labor,it needs the joint efforts of multiple subjects such as workers,enterprises and government managers.
