摘  要:以硬模板法制备的亚微米中空二氧化硅(SMH-SiO_(2))为载体、磷钨酸(HPW)为活性成分,采用等体积浸渍法制得了HPW不同负载量的系列固体催化剂(HPW x/SMH-SiO_(2))。采用红外光谱、紫外分光光度、X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、能谱元素等表征手段对催化剂进行系统分析。结果表明,HPW成功负载到SMH-SiO_(2)的中空结构中,HPW/SMH-SiO_(2)结构完整,具有较高的热稳定性能、化学稳定性能,催化过氧化氢氧化环己烯一步合成己二酸的催化活性高,催化剂容易分离,可以循环使用。A series of solid catalysts(HPW x/SMH-SiO_(2))with different HPW amounts were prepared by incipient impregnation method using submicron hollow silicon dioxide(SMH-SiO_(2))prepared by hard template method as support and phosphotungstic acid(HPW)as active component.The catalysts were systematically analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet spectrophotometry,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and energy spectrum elements.The results show that HPW is successfully loaded into the hollow structure of SMH-SiO_(2),and HPW/SMH-SiO_(2)structure is complete with high thermal stability,chemical stability,catalytic activity in one-step synthesis adipic acid from hydrogen peroxide oxidation with cyclohexene.The catalyst is easy to be separated and recycled.
