摘  要:采用一次水热法通过改变溶剂来调控Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)纳米片的厚度,构建具有不同比表面积、官能团接枝、氧空位的绣球花状Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)以提高其光激发载流子的分离效率。采用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱等手段对其进行结构和形貌表征。并通过对盐酸四环素溶液、甲基橙溶液和双酚A溶液进行吸附降解实验,研究了催化剂的光催化降解性能。结果表明,经乙二醇溶剂调控改性后具有超薄结构的Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)材料(BiC-G)在10 min内,对盐酸四环素溶液、甲基橙溶液和双酚A溶液有机污染物的吸附效率分别达到81.1%、60.5%和25.4%,是经去离子水调控合成样品(BiC-W)的2.32倍、5.5倍和3.18倍;且经光照后,降解率分别达到86.3%、82.6%和49.9%,是BiC-W的2.12倍、4.86倍和1.96倍。改性后的催化剂因比表面积提高、官能团接枝和氧空位的产生从而提供更多的吸附位点,是光催化性能提升的主要原因。A primary hydrothermal method was used to adjust the thickness of Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3) nanosheets by adjusting the solvent,and construct hydrangea-like Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3) with different specific surface areas,functional group grafting and oxygen vacancies to improve the separation efficiency of photoexcited charge carriers.The structures and topography were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS.The photocatalytic properties of catalysts in tetracycline hydrochloride solution(TC),methyl orange solution(MO)and bisphenol A solution(BPA)were studied by adsorption and degradation experiments.The results showed that the adsorption efficiency of MO,TC and BPA of the modified Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)with ultra-thin structure(BiC-G)reached 81.1%,60.5%and 25.4%within 10 minutes,which were 2.32,5.5 and 3.18 times of the unmodified samples(BiC-W).After irradiation,the degradation efficiency was 86.3%,82.6%and 49.9%,which were 2.12,4.86 and 1.96 times of BiC-W.The above experimental results show that the modified catalyst provides more adsorption sites due to the grafting of functional groups and the generation of oxygen vacancies,which is the main reason for the improvement of photocatalytic performance.
