摘  要:海洋石油开采设施上都有大量的防火结构设计,目前主流设计采用岩棉覆盖技术,虽然能够起到很好的被动防火作用,但在南海恶劣的自然环境条件下极易遭遇破坏。本研究介绍了海洋设施钢结构防火层失效原因和现状,并结合防火设计要求,提出了防火涂层选型和使用要求,对比了防火涂层与传统防火岩棉的经济性。最后从经济性和安全性角度出发,推荐在南海深远海油气开采设施从新项目设计阶段优先选用防火涂料,以此替代传统防火岩棉包覆方式。There are a large number of fire-proofing structural designs on offshore oil production facilities.Currently,the mainstream design for offshore oil production facilities utilizes rock wool covering technology,which can provide effective passive fire prevention(PFP).However,this design is easily damaged under the harsh natural conditions in the South China Sea.In this paper,the failure causes and the current situation of the fireproof layer for the steel structure of the marine facilities are described.Based on the fireproof design requirements,the fireproof coating selection and use requirements are proposed.The economical advantages between fireproof coating and traditional fireproof rock wool are analyzed.The prior selection of fireproof coating in the South China Sea deep-sea oil and gas exploration facilities from the design stage of new projects is recommended so as to replace the traditional fireproof rock wool wrapping method as viewed from the perspective of economics and safety.
