摘 要:粉末涂料相对溶剂型漆、水性漆在性能、质量、环保和管理等方面优势明显,但是因为粉末涂装的高度集成化、自动化和智能化,加之目前行业应用时间较短,导致很多大型工件的生产厂家在新线规划时,难以提出较为全面和符合自身产品和生产要求的相关问题,造成投产后产线问题较多。本研究从喷粉线新线布局时需要考虑的一些问题进行分析,以期给需要新建产线的工厂提供参考。Powder coatings have obvious advantages in terms of performance,quality,environmental protection and management as compared with the solvent-based and waterborne coatings.However,due to the high integration,automation and intelligence of powder coating process,as well as the short period of applications in the industry,many large-size workpiece manufacturers find it difficult to propose comprehensive and relevant issues that meet their own product and production requirements when planning new lines,resulting in problems after new lines are on production.This article analyzes some issues that need to be considered when laying out new powder spraying lines so as to provide reference for factories that need to build new production lines.
