高环保性环氧阴极电泳涂料的制备

摘  要:采用柔性多元胺改性小分子环氧树脂制备电泳涂料用阳离子树脂,使涂料产品减少VOC含量,同时提高流平性。用小分子胺对环氧改性使树脂具有规整的结构,提高产品稳定性,并加入封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂经有机酸中和、加水乳化制备稳定的环氧阴极电泳涂料乳液。实验结果表明,新制备环氧阴极电泳乳液配合色浆制备的阴极电泳涂料电泳后的漆膜外观、耐盐雾等性能优异。The small molecule modified by flexible polyamine epoxy resin was used to prepare cationic resin for the electrophoretic coatings.The VOC content of the prepared coatings was reduced while its leveling performance was improved.The epoxy resin was modified with small molecule amine to enable the resin to have regular structure,and the stability of the product was improved.The blocked isocyanate crosslinker were added,the coating were neutralized by organic acid and emulsified by water to prepare a stable epoxy cathodic electrophoretic coating emulsion.The experimental results showed that the prepared film had a flat and smooth appearance and exhibited excellent salt spraying resistant performance.
