摘　　要：企业向集团化转型的过程中,大量分支机构和子公司的设置以及发展扩张会带来大量信息化系统的建设需求,这些需求对系统的专业化程度要求很高。而此过程中原有企业的信息化团队往往无法在短时间内满足其需求。引入大量成熟的商业系统就是唯一能够在短时间内满足业务需求的办法,这造成了大量多来源架构的系统接入企业内部,进一步增加了管理企业信息化系统的难度。文章以这个问题为出发点,提出一种技术方案,以实现集团化企业信息化系统的建设需求,在此过程中实现对多来源系统的统一管理。文章仅对其中大批量自建及外采业务系统所带来的统一管理问题进行技术解决方案探讨,不涉及其他管理动作。In the process of enterprise transformation to collectivization,the establishment,development and expansion of a large number of branches and subsidiaries will bring a large number of requirements of information system construction,which require a high degree of specialization of the system.In this process,the information teams of the original enterprises often cannot meet their needs in a short time.Introducing a large number of mature commercial systems is the only way to meet business needs in a short time,which has resulted in a large number of systems with multi-source architectures being connected to the enterprise interior,further increasing the difficulty of managing enterprise information systems.Based on this issue,this paper proposes a technical scheme to meet the construction requirements of the information system of a group enterprise,and to achieve unified management of multi-source systems in this process.This paper only discusses technical solutions to the unified management issues brought about by large-scale self built and outsourced business systems,and does not involve other management actions.
