摘　　要：火电企业运营过程中电力安全事故时有发生,其中大多事故是由承包商管理出现问题而导致的,承包商安全管理业已成为火电企业管理的重点和难点。为满足国能锦界能源公司承包商人员行为规范管理的需要,特研究设计智能安全培训考试管理系统。借助信息化和智能化的手段提高承包商安全教育水平,避免因承包商不安全行为、安全教育培训不到位而引发安全事故,从而使国能锦界能源公司减少不必要的经济损失,同时为发电企业智能安全培训考试管理信息化建设提供参考与借鉴。Power safety accidents occur frequently during the operation of thermal power enterprises,most of which are caused by problems in contractor management.Contractor safety management has become a key and difficult point in the management of thermal power enterprises.In order to meet the needs of standardized management of contractor personnel behavior in Guoneng Jinjie Energy Company,an intelligent safety training and examination management system is specially researched and designed.With the help of informatization and intelligent methods,the level of contractor safety education is improved,avoiding safety accidents caused by unsafe behavior of contractors and inadequate safety education and training,thereby reducing unnecessary economic losses for Guoneng Jinjie Energy Company,At the same time,it provides reference for the informatization construction of intelligent safety training and examination management for power generation enterprises.
