摘 要:板式蒸发式水冷却器在化工及钢铁行业有着广泛的应用前景,其结构的优化设计对工程应用具有重要的指导意义。文章利用MATLAB软件模拟了板式蒸发式水冷却器内冷却水、空气及喷淋水之间的热湿交换过程,分析了结构参数(冷却器的长度、宽度、板间距、高宽比)对蒸发式水冷却器冷却性能的影响,得到其改变对冷却器出口水温、出口空气焓值、冷却效率的影响趋势,同时给出了结构参数影响性能指标的强弱排序,并得到最优的结构尺寸。结果表明:冷却器的冷却效率随着长度、宽度、空气通道板间距的增加而减小,随着热流体通道板间距、高宽比的增加而增大;冷却器在冷却水量为300 t/h时,其最优结构尺寸为热流体通道板间距为4.10 mm、空气通道板间距为3.75 mm、冷却器的长度为1.40 m、宽度为1.75 m、高宽比为0.75。Plate evaporative water cooler has a wide application prospect in chemical and steel industries.The optimal design of its structure has important guiding significance for engineering application.This paper utilizes MATLAB to simulate the heat and moisture exchange process between cooling water,air,and spray water in a plate evaporative water cooler.By analyzing the influence of structural parameters(length,width,plate spacing and height to width ratio of the cooler)on the cooling performance of plate evaporative water cooler,the influence trend of structural parameters change on outlet water temperature,outlet air enthalpy and cooling efficiency of evaporative water cooler is obtained.At the same time,the order of structural parameters influence on performance indexes and the optimal structure sizes of water cooler are obtained.The results show that cooling efficiency of evaporative water cooler decreases with the increase of length,width and air channel plate spacing,and it increases with the increase of plate spacing of hot fluid channel and height to width ratio.The optimal structure sizes of the cooler are as follows when cooling water volume is 300 t/h:the plate spacing of hot fluid channel is 4.10 mm,the air channel plate spacing is 3.75 mm,the length of water cooler is 1.4 m,the width of water cooler is 1.75 m,and the height to width ratio is 0.75.
