摘 要:通过响应面法优化藻菌共生系统污水深度处理时的工艺参数,可以进一步提升藻菌共生系统污水处理的能力。文章利用响应面法优化藻菌共生系统中的曝气量和CO_(2)体积分数,分析响应面法对营养物质去除率的影响,以获得最佳的去除率。结果表明:总氮(Total Nitrogen,TN)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)的去除率受到曝气量的影响较为显著,而总磷(Total Phosphorus,TP)、化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)的去除率更容易受到CO_(2)体积分数的影响;通过响应面法预测的最优曝气条件为曝气量0.639 L/min、CO_(2)体积分数3.849%,在此条件下,TN、TP、NH_(3)-N、COD在2 d内去除率最大,分别达到70.040%、72.925%、100%和83.612%。The wastewater treatment capacity of algal-bacterial symbiotic systems can be further improved by optimizing the process parameters during advanced wastewater treatment using the response surface method.This study employed the response surface method(RSM)to optimize the aeration volume and CO_(2)volume fraction in algal-bacterial symbiotic system,analyzing its impact on the removal rates of nutrients to achieve optimal removal efficiency.The results indicate that the removal rates of Total Nitrogen(TN)and Ammonium Nitrogen(NH_(3)-N)are significantly influenced by the aeration volume,whereas the removal rates of Total Phosphorus(TP)and Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)are more susceptible to changes in CO_(2)volume fraction.The optimal aeration conditions predicted by the response surface method were an aeration volume of 0.639 L/min and a CO_(2)volume fraction of 3.849%.Under these conditions,the removal rates of TN,TP,NH_(3)-N and COD reached their were maximum values within 2 days,achieving 70.040%,72.925%,100%and 83.612%respectively.
