摘  要:通过对七曲山大庙家庆堂筒瓦和小青瓦的宏观性能进行了测试,并利用XRF、XRD、TG/DTA、SEM等测试手段对瓦片的成分、物相组成和微观结构进行了表征。试验结果表明,筒瓦和小青瓦的最大吸水率分别为14.4%和19.8%,且筒瓦最大弯曲力约为小青瓦最大弯曲力的3.4倍。此外,XRF分析结果显示,筒瓦中主要含有Si、Al、Fe等元素,而小青瓦中主要含有Si、Al、Ca、Fe等元素。XRD、TG/DTA和SEM分析结果表明,筒瓦和小青瓦的主要矿物成分为石英和白云母,均有较好的热稳定性,且主要由10μm左右的石英颗粒、黏土颗粒及少量的玻璃熔融物组成。In this paper,the macroscopic properties of the semicircle-shaped tiles and Chinese-style tiles of Ji⁃aqingtang in Qiqushan Temple are tested by determining the water absorption rate,impermeability and bend⁃ing properties.The composition and microstructure of the tiles are characterized by using testing methods such as XRF,XRD,TG/DTA,and SEM.The experimental results indicated that the maximum water absorption of the semicircle-shaped tile and the Chinese-style tile are 14.4%and 19.8%,respectively,and the maximum bending force of the semicircle-shaped tile is about 3.4 times that of the Chinese-style tile.In addition,the XRF analysis results revealed that the main elements contained in the semicircle-shaped tile are Si,Al,Fe,etc.,while the Chinese-style tile mainly contained Si,Al,Ca,Fe,etc.The results of XRD,TG/DTA and SEM analyses indicates that the main mineral compositions of the semicircle-shaped tile and the Chinese-style tile are quartz and muscovite,which are both thermally stable and mainly composed of quartz particles around 10μm,clay particles and a small amount of glass melt.
