摘　　要：全球气候变化科学评估工作为全球气候谈判提供重要依据,其成果IPCC评估报告作为全球最为重要的气候认知来源之一,是科学与政治相互联动的重要媒介。各国与各组织参与IPCC气候变化科学评估进程的程度直接彰显出其在国际气候治理中的地位,探寻评估主导者的特质对我国提升国际气候科学评估参与度、争夺全球气候治理话语权有借鉴意义,也为我国气候变化的未来战略布局提供思路。基于IPCC AR6报告作者的科学计量分析视角,总结主导者学术能力特征及规律,描绘主导者所处活跃机构及主要国家的科研与宏观政策环境,全面揭示主导者特征及各国、各组织在全球气候谈判中的地位,并为我国提升相关人才培养质量、国际气候谈判能力、争夺全球气候治理话语权提出建议。The scientific assessment of global climate change provides an important basis for global climate negotiations.As one of the most important sources of climate cognition in the world,the IPCC assessment report is an important medium for the interaction between science and politics.The degree of participation of countries and organizations in the IPCC climate change scientific assessment process directly highlights their status in international climate governance.Exploring the characteristics of the assessment leader is of reference significance for China to enhance the participation of international climate science assessment and fight for the discourse power in global climate governance.It also provides ideas for the future strategic layout of China's climate change.Based on the perspective of scientometric analysis of the authors of IPCC AR6 report,this paper summarizes the characteristics and rules of the academic ability of the leaders,describes the scientific research and macro policy environment of the active institutions and major countries where the leaders are located,comprehensively reveals the characteristics of the leaders and the status of various countries and organizations in global climate negotiations,and puts forward suggestions for China to improve the quality of relevant personnel training,the ability of international climate negotiations and fight for discourse power in global climate governance.
