摘　　要：以吉林省科技发展计划项目中部分类别科技计划项目为例,对基于工作分解结构(Work Breakdown Structure,WBS)的省级科技项目多元化评价体系进行理论探索研究和实证评价研究。探讨多元化科技项目评价体系的构建方法、评价方法、评价指标等,并以实证项目为研究对象,进一步探索评价体系的适用性、评价方法的客观性、体系现阶段的不足以及评价结果的应用等。This paper takes some types of science and technology plan projects in Jilin Province as examples,carries out theoretical exploration and empirical evaluation research on the diversified evaluation system of provincial science and technology projects based on WBS(Work Breakdown Structure).The paper discusses the construction method,the evaluation method,the evaluating indicator,etc.and then takes the empirical project as the research object,explores the applicability of the evaluation system,the objectivity of the evaluation method,the shortcomings of the system at the present stage and the application of the evaluation results.
