摘　　要：河南省近三年发生的几次重大突发事件,导致了公众安全感指数的下降,主要体现在公众对公共设施安全、公共场所安全和医疗卫生安全等方面的评价降低。重大突发事件对公众心理状态的影响具有阶段性和持续性,需要一定时间来恢复。具体而言,强化舆论引导、坚持民生优先、获得社会网络支持、政府做好善后工作、强化应急知识学习等是提升公众安全感的主要途径。The emergencies occurred in Henan in the past three years has lowered the degree of the public's security sense which reflected in the worse comments on public facilities,places and medical safety.Its impact on the public's psychological state is periodic and persistent,which needs time to recover.The specific countermeasures include strengthening media guidance,adhering to the priority of people's livelihood and obtaining social support.The government needs to do a good job in the aftermath and strengthen learning of emergency-dealing.
