摘 要:为了解医学生劳动意识现状及培养需求,进一步完善劳动教育工作,通过劳动实践,培养劳动意识,弘扬劳动精神。聚焦医学生对于劳动教育的认知,明确劳动教育肩负着提高学生整体素质、塑造完美人格的重任。树立学生的劳动意识,不仅高校应该为此作出努力,社会各界也应共同努力,家校协同配合,共同促进学生劳动意识的形成。以医学生为例,通过探索引领模式、教学模式、阵地模式、共促模式4条路径,将学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育有机结合,加强学生劳动意识,促进学生全面发展。The present research aims to investigate the status quo of and the need to develop medical students′positive views of manual work,further improve labor education,and cultivate such labor attitudes through practice.We first identified students′understanding of labor education and clarified that such education is responsible for improving their overall quality and all-round development.To this end,not only colleges and universities should make efforts,but all sectors of society should join in various forms such as collaboration between families and schools.Taking medical students as an example,we then explored four paths,i.e.moral guidance,professional courses,workplaces and collaboration to organically combine school education,family education,and social education to achieve positive attitudes towards labor and all-round development of students.
