温清化痰方治疗儿童慢性湿性咳嗽痰湿蕴肺证30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温清化痰方治疗儿童慢性湿性咳嗽痰湿蕴肺证的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月至2021年1月于连云港市中医院儿科门诊就诊的60例慢性湿性咳嗽痰湿蕴肺证患儿,根据病例数产生随机数字,分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组予吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片、头孢克洛分散片口服,治疗组予温清化痰方口服,2组均连续治疗2周后统计疗效。结果治疗前2组的咳嗽症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组的咳嗽症状积分均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05)。治疗前2组的中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组的中医证候积分均显著降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.01)。治疗前2组的莱彻斯特咳嗽生活质量问卷(LCQ)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后,2组的LCQ评分均显著升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组升高更显著(P<0.01)。治疗前2组的血清炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组的白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平均显著下降,白细胞介素-27(IL-27)水平均显著上升,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组的血清炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组在治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应。结论温清化痰方治疗儿童慢性湿性咳嗽痰湿蕴肺证,可明显改善患儿临床症状,调节血清炎症因子水平,提高其生活质量,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenqing Huatan Fang(温清化痰方)in treating chronic damp cough in children with phlegm dampness accumulation in the lung syndrome.Methods Sixty cases of chronic damp cough in children with phlegm dampness accumulation in the lung syndrome were selected from the Pediatric Clinic of Lianyungang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2019 to January 2021.Ran⁃dom numbers were generated based on the number of cases,and they were divided into a treatment group and a con⁃trol group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide suspension nebulization inha⁃lation combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets and cefaclor dispersible tablets for oral administration,while the treatment group was treated with modified Wenqing Huatan Fang oral administration.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks and their therapeutic effects were recorded.Results The comparison of cough symptom scores between the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),in⁃dicating comparability.After treatment,the cough symptom scores of both groups significantly decreased,with a sta⁃tistically significant difference compared to the same group before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups be⁃fore treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups significantly decreased,with a statistically significant difference compared to the same group before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group showed a more signifi⁃cant decrease(P<0.01).The comparison of LCQ scores between the two groups before treatment showed no statisti⁃cally significant difference(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the LCQ scores of both groups sig⁃nificantly increased,with a statistically sig
