摘　　要：中医治疗小儿腺样体肥大疗效突出,且治疗方法多样化,避免了西医手术风险及长时间运用西药治疗的不良反应。对近5年中医治疗小儿腺样体肥大病因病机,中医分期、分型,专方专药,中医外治和内外合治的治疗方法进行了综述,旨在拓宽临床治疗小儿腺样体肥大的思路。Traditional Chinese medicine has a prominent therapeutic effect on pediatric adenoidal hypertrophy,and the treatment methods are diverse,avoiding the risks of Western medicine surgery and adverse reactions caused by long⁃term use of Western medicine treatment.This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine treatment for pediatric adenoid hypertrophy in the past 5 years,as well as the treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine staging,classification,specialized prescriptions,external treatment,and combination of internal and external treatment.The aim is to broaden the clinical treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy.
