小儿推拿辨证论治小儿厌食症的临床研究进展

摘　　要：小儿厌食症的病位在脾胃,根本病机为脾失健运、胃纳失常,病因复杂,历代医家多有论述,其临床证型多样,而以脾失健运证、脾胃气虚证和脾虚肝旺证最为常见。采用小儿推拿治疗小儿厌食症,根据患儿临床证型对证选穴,疗效突出,可明显改善症状。但目前对小儿推拿治疗本病的相关机制尚不明确,尤其在调节患儿肠道菌群、宿主代谢等方面的机制研究应予以重视,从而为临床治疗提供客观依据。The disease location of pediatric anorexia is in the spleen and stomach,and the fundamental patho⁃genesis is the loss of healthy spleen movement and abnormal gastric motility.The etiology is complex,and have been discussed by many doctors throughout history.There are various clinical syndrome types,with the most common be⁃ing spleen deficiency,spleen stomach qi deficiency,and spleen deficiency liver hyperactivity.Using pediatric tuina to treat anorexia,selecting acupoints according to the clinical syndrome type of the child has outstanding therapeutic effects and can significantly improve symptoms.However,the relevant mechanisms of pediatric tuina therapy for ano⁃rexia are not yet clear,especially in regulating the intestinal microbiota,host metabolism,and other aspects of the mechanism research should be given attention,in order to provide objective basis for clinical treatment.
