摘 要:列车控制与管理系统(TCMS)是城轨车辆系统关键组成之一,保证其安全性、可靠性是至关重要的。成都地铁18号线车辆在调试过程中出现断开1车车端VCU电源后HMI上显示全列设备网络通信异常,各设备无规律闪粉,经对其进行数据抓紧、传输监控、对比分析后,证实该故障由牵引程序更新后列车通信不稳定引起,通过进一步调查,确认通信传输不稳定的原因为消息数据处理机制不匹配。针对该故障现象,文章对故障排查过程、原因及结论进行详细阐述,为后期同类故障处置提供思路。The train control and management system(TCMS)is one of the key components of the urban rail transit vehicle system,so it is necessary to ensure its safety and reliability.During the commissioning process of Chengdu metro line 18,when the VCU power supply at the end of car 1 was disconnected,the HMI showed abnormal communications of equipment network across the entire train,which all flashed irregularly.After data capture,transmission monitoring and comparative analysis,it was confirmed that the fault was caused by unstable train communication after an update of the traction application.After further investigation,it was confirmed that the reason for unstable communication transmission is a mismatch in the message data processing mechanism.Targeting this fault,this article elaborates in detail on the troubleshooting process,causes and conclusions,and provides ideas for handling similar faults in the future.
