摘 要:为了解埃及伊蚊肽聚糖识别蛋白PGRP及其相关特性,对埃及伊蚊PGRP家族进行生物信息学分析。根据从Vectorbase上获取的埃及伊蚊PGRP相关信息,对PGRP家族进行氨基酸序列特征分析、预测N端信号肽、跨膜域预测、多重序列比对、进化树聚类以及系统发育分析。结果表明,埃及伊蚊PGRP家族分为长型和短型两种类型,均含有一个信号肽以及一个或两个肽聚糖识别蛋白结构域,且均为非跨膜分泌型蛋白。长型成员之间的保守性和相似性都为99.66%,短型成员之间的保守性和相似性都为98.67%,埃及伊蚊PGRP家族在进化上具有高度保守性和相似性。In order to understand peptidoglycan recognition proteins(PGRPs)in Aedes aegypti and their related characteristics,the PGRP family of Aedes aegypti was analyzed by bioinformatics.Based on the PGRP related information of Aedes aegypti obtained from Vectorbase,amino acid sequence characteristics,N-terminal signal peptide prediction,transmembrane domain prediction,multiple sequence alignment,evolutionary tree clustering analysis and phylogenetic analysis were performed for the PGRP family.The results show that the PGRP family of Aedes aegypti can be divided into two types:long type and short type,both containing one signal peptide and one or two peptidoglycan recognition protein domains,and all of them are non-transmembrane secreted proteins.The conservatism and similarity between long-type members are 99.66%,and the conservatism and similarity between short-type members are 98.67%.The PGRP family of Aedes aegypti exhibits a high degree of conservation and similarity in its evolutionary history.
