三河口大坝子午河段人工鱼巢增殖效果研究

摘　　要：基于2021年~2022年在该区域以构建人工鱼巢的方式开展鱼类增殖研究,通过对比不同材料、水温环境等因素对人工鱼巢增殖效果的影响,不断优化人工鱼巢搭建方式。实验结果显示,2021年度实施期间共监测到2批次鱼类产卵现象,总计产卵约169万粒,其中棕榈片受精率为90%、PP绳受精率为80%,孵化率为40%,出苗约61万尾;2022年度取消了PP产卵绳,统一设置棕榈片为产卵基质,实施期间共监测到9批次鱼类产卵现象,总计产卵约297440粒,棕榈片受精率为77.32%,孵化率为53.71%,出苗约123520尾。研究结果表明,产卵基质材料棕榈片附着黏性卵效果优于PP绳,且当水温稳定处于23℃时鱼巢河道附近的鱼类产卵效果最佳。研究效果能够为人工鱼巢的研究和应用提供一定的参考和启示,促进人工鱼巢的广泛应用和推广。Based on the research on fish proliferation by constructing artificial fish nests in this area from 2021 to 2022,compare the effects of different materials,water temperature environment and other factors on the proliferation effect of artificial fish nests.The results show that the spawning matrix material,palm flakes,is better than PP rope in attaching sticky eggs,and the spawning effect of fish near the fish nest river is best when the water temperature is stable at 23o C.In order to provide reference and inspiration for the research and application of artificial fish nests,and promote the widespread application and promotion of artificial fish nests.
