摘 要:针对在长距离泵站输水系统中,事故停泵后极易产生危害系统安全的水锤现象,提出了沿线布设空气阀作为水锤防护的方案。结合特征线法对空气阀的边界条件进行推导,建立数学模型,并结合工程实例,对系统进行水锤数值模拟计算,确定适用于该工程的水锤防护措施,并对空气阀口径进行优化。结果表明空气阀口径的选取对泵站系统水锤防护影响较大,在实际工程中应合理选择空气阀的口径。In view of the fact that in the long-distance pumping station water delivery system,water hammer phenomenon that endangers the safety of the system can easily occur after an accident stops the pump,a plan is proposed to lay out air valves along the line as water hammer protection,and combine the characteristic line method to carry out the boundary conditions of the air valves.Derivation,establish a mathematical model,and combine with engineering examples,conduct numerical simulation calculations of water hammer on the system,determine water hammer protection measures suitablefor the project,and optimize the diameter of the air valve.The results show that the selection of the diameter of the air valve has a great influence on the water hammer protection of the pumping station system.In actual projects,the diameter of the air valve should be selected reasonably.
