摘  要:通过分析现有圆锥滚子超精研导辊的磨削方法及磨床的缺陷及不足,提出了一种新的超精研导辊磨削方法及磨床。使用磨床的平行砂轮磨削导辊,磨削时使砂轮轴线在平行于导辊轴线的铅垂平面内有一个相对于导辊轴线的倾斜角ε,使砂轮轴线在水平面内也有一个相对于导辊轴线的倾斜角θ。另外,将磨床的平行砂轮外圆周面修整成宽度一大一小的两个锥面,使用宽度大的锥面磨削导辊螺旋形面,同时使用宽度小的锥面磨削导辊螺旋挡边。通过分析给出了倾斜角θ的优选值为15°,并以此方法设计了相应的导辊磨床。既满足了导辊螺旋挡边倾斜角角度与磨削螺旋形面要求,又可大幅度提升导辊螺旋挡边的磨削质量和磨削效率,既适用于高精度圆锥滚子,也适用于普通圆锥滚子超精研导辊的磨削加工。By analyzing the grinding method and the defects and deficiencies of the grinding machine of the existing cone roller superfine guide roller,a new superfine grinding guide roller grinding method and grinding machine were proposed.The method was to use the parallel grinding wheel of the grinding machine to grind the guide roller,when grinding,the grinding wheel axis had an inclination angle relative to the guide roller axis in the plumb plane parallel to the roller axisε,so that the grinding wheel axis also had an inclination angleθrelative to the guide roller axis in the horizontal plane;in addition,the parallel grinding wheel outer circumference of the grinding machine was trimmed into two cones with a large width and a small one,and the spiral surface of the guide roller was ground with a large width of the cone surface,and the spiral flange of the guide roller was used to grind the spiral flange of the guide roller with a small width.The preferred value of the inclination angleθwas given by analysis to 15°,and the corresponding guide roller grinder was designed with this method.This method can not only meet the inclination angle and grinding spiral surface requirements of the spiral flange of the guide roller,but also greatly improve the grinding quality and grinding efficiency of the helix flange of the guide roller,which is suitable for both high-precision cone rollers and ordinary cone rollers for grinding processing of superfine grinding guide rollers.
