摘 要:有机-无机杂化钙钛矿(MAPbI_(3))太阳能电池的光电转化效率增长飞速而被广泛关注。然而由于PbI_(2)的生长速率要快于MAI的生长速率,导致钙钛矿晶体的形貌难以控制。因此,制备MAPbI_(3)过程中统一MAI和PbI_(2)生长速率极为重要。二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作为氧给体可与PbI_(2)形成配合物,用来制备致密的钙钛矿薄膜。通过改变前驱体溶液中DMF和DMSO的比例,调控中间相的形成过程实现了对晶体生长速率的调控。此外,DMSO与PbI_(2)的配位能力要强于DMF,并且DMSO更容易与路易斯酸PbI_(2)的S=O双键发生作用,影响晶体的生长速率。最后,基于最佳浓度的DMSO前驱体溶液制备的钙钛矿薄膜的光伏器件,其光电转化效率可以达到16.41%。The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite(MAPbI_(3))solar cells have been attracting the attention of many researchers due to its rapidly power conversion efficiency.However,the morphology of perovskite crystals is difficult to control due to the faster growth rate of PbI_(2)and slower growth rate of MAI.Hence,it is very important to unify the growth rate of MAI and PbI_(2)in the process of preparing MAPbI_(3).Dimethylformamide(DMF)and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO),as oxygen donors,which can form complexes with PbI_(2)to grow uniform and dense perovskite films.By changing the ratio of DMF and DMSO in the precursor solution,the formation process of intermediate phase was regulated to achieve the regulation of crystal growth rate.Furthermore,the coordination ability of DMSO and PbI_(2)is stronger than that of DMF,and DMSO is more likely to interact with the S=O double bond of Lewis acid PbI_(2)and affect the growth rate of crystals.The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic device based on the best perovskite thin film can reach 16.41%.
