摘 要:为解决传统直接转矩控制(DTC)中磁链观测器和控制拓扑固有的缺陷,这里提出一种基于磁链解耦的改进型DTC方案。针对传统DTC磁链观测器低速控制性能差及纯积分环节引入误差的问题,此处提出一种改进型磁链观测器,采用稳态量进行磁链观测,同时避免了积分环节,实现了全速域准确的磁链观测。为进一步提升DTC性能,此处结合最大电磁转矩输出要求给出了“气隙磁链线”的定义,并在此基础上提出了一种基于磁链解耦的DTC方案,实现了磁链与转矩的解耦控制。基于一台2 000r·min~(-1)/6 kW的永磁同步电机,对所提改进型DTC方案的有效性及优越性进行了充分的仿真与实验验证。To solve the inherent defects of the magnetic chain observer and the control topology in the traditional di-rect torque control(DTC),an improved DTC scheme based on the magnetic chain decoupling is proposed.As for the problems of the poor low-speed control performance and the introduction of the errors caused by the pure integration link of the conventional DTC magnetic chain observer,an improved magnetic chain observer is proposed,which adopts the steady-state quantities for magnetic chain observation,and avoids the integration link to achieve accurate magnetic chain observation in full-speed domain.To further improve the DTC performance,the definition of the"air-gap mag-netic chain line"is given with the maximum electromagnetic torque output requirement,and an improved DTC scheme based on the magnetic chain decoupling is proposed to realize the decoupling control of the magnetic chain and the torque.Based on a 2000 r·min^(-1)/6 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed improved DTC scheme are fully simulated and experimentally verified.
