摘  要:随着社会的发展和进步,优质水稻品种越来越多地得到人们的喜爱,培育优质多抗的育种新材料是满足这一需求的重要保障。本研究采用中玉金标记的8K芯片检测技术,对北方杂交粳稻主要亲本进行抗病、耐冷、品质等基因检测,选择含有目标基因的亲本进行杂交。F1~F4代材料采用混合法在沈阳、海南连续加代,性状稳定后选取优异单株进行种植、检测、配组,发现编号为C66的材料含有pib、SBI、GW7、Glua2等优良基因,与不育系进行配组,杂种优势明显,品质优良。‘C66’经农业农村稻米及制品质量监督检验测试中心(杭州)检测,米质符合优质粳稻一等品质要求,于2020年通过了辽宁种业发展中心的鉴定。以‘C66’配制的杂交粳稻新组合‘辽66优66’、‘辽85优66’通过了辽宁省预备试验,分别进入辽宁省晚熟组区域试验2年和辽宁省中晚熟组区域试验1年。With the development and progress of society,rice varieties with high quality are becoming increasingly popular,breeding of new materials with high quality and multi resistance is important to meet this demand.In this study,the 8K chip detection technology marked by Zhongyujin was used to analyse the gegenes conferring disease resistance,cold tolerance,quality and so on,in the main japonica hybrid rice parents,after that,the parents with target genes were selected for hybridization.F1~F4generation materials were cultured in Shenyang and Hainan by mixing method,after the characters were stable,the excellent individual plants were selected for planting,testing and grouping,it was found that the material numbered 'C66' contained some excellent genes such as pib,SBI,GW7 and Glua2,etc.,the combination with sterile line showed obvious heterosis and the quality is excellent.According to the testing results from Rice Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs(Hangzhou),the rice quality reached the first-class standards of high-quality japonica rice,which was identified by Liaoning Seed Industry Development Center in 2020.The new japonica hybrid rice combinations 'Liao 66 You 66' and 'Liao 85 You 66' derived from 'C66' ha d passed the preliminary test in Liaoning Province,and they had entered the regional test of late maturing group for the second year and the regional test of middle and late maturing group for the first year in Liaoning Province,respectively.
