摘　　要：【目的/意义】数字经济下,移动电商信息服务中信息与信息技术的融合方式呈现出新的特点,科学认识移动电商信息服务生态系统的形成机理可以揭示其内部的运作方式和规律,为移动电商的发展提供理论指导。【方法/过程】首先基于信息生态与服务生态的复合概念解释了移动电商信息服务生态系统的内涵与结构,然后结合场景营销与移动电商运营的共生关系,根据“场景五力”即移动设备、大数据、传感器、定位系统和社交媒体分析了移动电商信息服务生态系统形成的前提条件。【结果/结论】三方行动主体在“场景五力”支持与共创价值的吸引下,形成了稳定的作用关系。综合了行动主体、资源与价值三个维度构建了移动电商信息服务生态系统形成机理结构模型。【创新/局限】基于服务主导逻辑将服务生态与信息生态结合,深入挖掘了场景理论与信息服务生态系统之间的内在联系,这是一种新的系统性理论分析框架,拓展了信息生态理论的应用,但是对信息技术的应用分析局限于宏观上的布局,其具体的协作方式并未展开。[Purpose/significance]Under the digital economy,the integration of information and information technology in the information service of mobile e-commerce shows new characteristics.A scientific understanding of the formation mechanism of mobile ecommerce information service ecosystem(MEISE)can reveal its internal operation mode and law,and provide theoretical guidance for the development of mobile e-commerce.[Method/process]Firstly,the connotation and structure of MEISE is explained based on the composite concept of information ecology and service ecology.Then,combining the symbiotic relationship between scene marketing and mobile e-commerce operation,the prerequisite for the formation of MEISE is analyzed according to the"Context five forces",namely mobile devices,big data,sensors,positioning systems and social media.[Resul/conclusion]Based on the three dimensions of action subject,resources and value,the formation mechanism structure model of MEISE was constructed.Attracted by the co-creation of value,the stable relationship formed by the three actors is the main driving force for the formation of MEISE.[Innovation/limitation] Based on the service-oriented logic,the service ecology and information ecology theory are combined,and the internal connection between scene theory and information service ecosystem is deeply explored,which is a new systematic theoretical analysis framework and expands the practical application of information ecology theory.However,the analysis of the application of information technology is limited to the macro layout,and its specific cooperation mode is not described.
