摘　　要：大庆油田高含水开发期仍沿用絮凝剂等阳离子型药剂保障回注水水质,针对阳离子型药剂作用后转换成机械杂质,增大采出水处理过程中的含油污泥产生量,同时造成污泥和污油处理难度增大的瓶颈问题,从高含水采出液乳状液结构与采出水相似、大庆油田采出水在55℃-60℃下的碱土金属碳酸盐过饱和量普遍高于10mg/L的特性出发,整体考虑采出液和采出水处理过程中化学剂投加的优化,采用螯合剂与油水分离剂配伍的方法,研制出兼有高效反相破乳和新生碱土金属碳酸盐颗粒抑制功能的防垢反相破乳剂FSP-2101。在大庆油田杏四联合站水驱系统的现场应用试验中,在2座转油站掺水加热炉进水中投加FSP-2101,加药浓度为15~25mg/L(以杏四联合站游离水脱除器进液量计),联合站油岗游离水脱除器放水含油量平均为242mg/L,水岗过滤罐出水含油量平均为18mg/L,悬浮固体含量平均为4.5mg/L,深度过滤出水含油量平均为1mg/L,悬浮固体含量平均为3mg/L。In the high water cut development period of Daqing Oilfield,cationic agents such as flocculants are still used to ensure the quality of reinjection water,but the cationic agent converted into mechanical impurities to increase the production of sludge and dirty oil in the process of produced water treatment,which also increases the difficulty of sludge and dirty oil treatment.From the perspective of high water cut,the structure of produced liquid emulsion is similar to that of produced water,Based on the characteristics that the supersaturation amount of alkaline earth metal carbonate in produced water of Daqing Oilfield was generally higher than 10mg/L at 55-6℃.Considering the optimization and simplification of chemical agent dosing in the process of produced fluid and produced water treatment as a whole,an unique scale inhibitor and reverser demulsifier FSP-2iol with both high-efficiency reverse demulsification and new alkaline earth metal carbonate particle inhibition functions was developed by using the method of combining chelating agent and demulsifier.In the field application test of water drive system in Xingsi United Station of Daqing Oilfield,FSP-2101 was added into the water feeding heater of two oil transfer stations,with the dosing concentration of 15mg/L to 25mg/L(calculated by the inlet volume of the FWKO at Xingsi united station),the average oil content in the discharged water of the FWKO was 242mg/L.The average oil content in the outlet water of the filtration tank was 18mg/L,and the average content of suspended solids was 4.5mg/L.The average oil content in the outlet water of the deep filtration station was lmg/L,and the average content of suspended solids was 3mg/L.
